If you have purchased a print on this website, then you have the right to withdraw from the contract with the operator of Abed Abdi’s Prints Web Shop, and you may cancel it within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day that you have received the print to the address specified by you. We cannot accept cancellation requests which are received 15 or more days after purchase at the shop.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by filling out and submitting the contract cancellation form found on this page (see the form below) . we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation by e-mail without delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2.1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unharmed in any shape or form, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2.2. You must send back or hand over the print without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Pay The Cost of Return
3.1. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
3.2. If your address is in Israel or in Palestine, you must derogate from rule 3.1. above and use the special return options below.
5. Effects of withdrawal: Refund
5.1. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the cost of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
5.2. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
5.3. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, and in the same currency, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
5.4. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3.5. If the print was delivered to any address worldwide (except Israel and Palestine) then you must send back the print to our authorized publisher in the same manner that you have received it: by FedEX express priority.
