The Lost Paintings: a Prelude to Return was launched in August 2025 in Montreal in collaboration with Montréal, arts intercultureles (MAI) and articule. It has since traveled internationally with exhibitions in Boston, Belfast and London, and is currently displayed at the Bristol Museum & Art Gallery until the end of September. We had the chance to work with incredible and inspiring people at each venue and share this project with so many people. We are so grateful for that.
Now, after one year of touring, we are delighted to invite you to The Lost Paintings – In Conversation, a special series of four online panels extending the exhibition beyond the gallery. The series, produced in collaboration with the Bristol Museum & Art Gallery, brings together participating artists and guest speakers to explore questions at the heart of the project: Palestinian culture, collective memory, colonial erasure and resistance to it, and the role of art and imagination in envisioning radically different futures.
The events will take place on Wednesdays in August – September at 6:00-7:30 PM BST (UTC +1).
Participation is free (with an option to pay what you can) and registration is required.
